Conservatives have long wanted to privatize education to make money off the backs of children and also, make sure we segregate kids further. Making public education for the masses less accessible and devoid of quality is the plan.

I taught for 20 years myself. Staying was bad for my health, honestly. Besides, we can do more to support public education outside the classroom, in my experience. Teachers are exhausted and censored.I appreciate them fighting the good fight. I’m sure you did too.
