I’m a professional woman in a formerly male dominated industry. Early in my career we had contractors who refused to work with me because I was female. This kind of thing will roll back opportunities for women and minorities that took decades to achieve.

It's not a stupid question. All EEO laws remain in place and are being enforced. LBJ's executive order was almost entirely superfluous at this point.
The only real change is that there is no longer an executive order mandating affirmative action.
