I always thought just casting with the various Skarsgards, with Stellan as a pitential evil head 9f The Company. If I was evil head od a security company who bilt andriods, I'd obviously want superior genetic material used. Like Musk uses his children.

I wonder if all the murderbots will be identical and played by the same actor, or will they be played by different people within similar parameters (same height, weight, etc?)

It's explicitly said somewhere that their features are intentionally made variable within human norms so as to not weird out humans too much (even though their body shape matches to the point where 2 cm height difference matters in disguising Murderbot), but not how far those parameters stretch.
