This year... this is the most stressed I've ever felt in my entire life. Even though I keep saying it every year, perhaps it's true what they say about things getting worse each year. Or maybe this year really is just that bad. If it wasn't for the new meds, I'd probably be in a hospital by now.

While I've been avoiding news places BS like the plague, due to not wanting to see current events and people saying "we are cooked" 24/7, ig one thing i know is that it's reality. My partner has been telling me but I've been in denial... mainly due to being in disbelief any of this is happening.

Worst part about all this, i feel like i played a part in the reason why living in the U.S. sucks now. I am a completely different person than I was back from 2015/16 + I am thankful peeps acknowledge how much I've changed but man... if I could go back on time I'd beat the shit out of my past self.

Actually, what makes the situation worse is how powerless i feel. I do not make enough to be independent where I live. Most of my friends are broke excluding one ex friend I ended up cutting off in January. But whenever I try to tell my fam what's wrong they say "there's nothing you can do about it"

What future do i have to look forward to? I have no interest in my field of study (IT) mostly due to industry leaders/tech bros, the world's getting worse, and I just... don't have drive to improve myself professionally as a result.

Ig Cyber security was interesting, but now i just fall asleep studying it and not want to touch it at all during weekends. I wanted to do a career change and work towards protecting the environment, but looking at the direction we are going it looks like most careers are going to get axed.
