The Great Lakes Compact has been a shockingly good system of protecting our greatest fresh water resource. I totally think breaking it to sell/siphon off water is part of this administration's agenda.

Similar, kind of, situation with Lake Okeechobee in Florida, a massive lake bordering four counties, each with their piece of it.
