A long period of listening to your podcast and Ken's has taught me something can be clearly illegal but still impossible to stop from happening. In theory you could impeach Trump, remove him, and hope Vance stop Elon, but basically you are still just hoping.

Changing Congress's makeup by hard-coding the Wyoming Rule in the Constitution for the House and bumping the Senate to 3 per state

Much harder to capture the federal government with much smaller districts and more politicians up every 2 years

If it's going to expire between now and 4 years from now, IMO better to renew sooner than later b/c government capacity to do renewals will atrophy over time

Recruit more candidates for federal office, or run yourself. Do primaries even in "safe" districts.

It takes 2/3 of House and 2/3 of Senate to propose the amendment in the first place, and there are nowhere near that many votes at the moment

Whether someone "can" buy all the seats isn't the right question. It's whether the amount of money they'd have to spend is worth the benefit they'd get from the expenditure

More candidates == more markets required to advertise in == more $$$$, w/ higher risk of not winning
