Took afternoon off & went to the San Diego zoo, where I witnessed an incredible performance: giant lion complete w mane tears carcass (rib cage & all) to shreds, pads slowly over to enclosure’s edge, faces crowd, circles, faces us again, takes massive dump (many ppl aghast), walks slowly off.
