The Figment Cafe was an original idea for both cast members and imagineers to eat at who worked for Walt Disney. The concept was abandoned and was no longer put into production. Therefore the Figment Cafe is only just concept art for people to view.

The cafe would be placed at Walt Disney Studios.

This is the first I've ever heard about something like this, but scrutinizing the details it looks to me like this was planned for Tomorrowland somewhere, maybe in the Carousel Theater judging by the Alien Encounter directional signage

Disney announced WestCOT in 1991, which makes me wonder if it was actually intended for WestCOT (with Figment serving as a bridge between Epcot and WestCOT).

I don't dispute that it could very well be Tomorrowland, but we also have signage for Toontown which doesn't fit with Alien Encounter.

My guess is that this would be next to WestCOT's version of Journey Into Imagination, maybe as part of the west coast version of ImageWorks.
