Oh really? Audiobooks help me the first 5 minutes at best and then my mind starts wandering off and I'm no longer listening and I'll realize it way later lmao
Yeah both listening to the audio and reading the book has helped my mind from wandering off (maybe cause I’m focusing on both at the same time?). I still lose focus every once in a while though so I get it 😂
