That's exactly my point. Why arent there fail safes? Espionage isnt new to us. we know about manipulation of other countries politics. All these intelligence agencies w/billion dollar budgets and we allow russia to manipulate our politics via social media? I guess I give our govt too much credit

They can only make the arrest warrant, our government wouldn't turn over an "elected" official willingly. Even if it did that leaves us with the presidential succession act of 1947. Trump only has loyalist made up of his cabinet.

So far I’ve been able to come up with two logical conclusions. The first is that they are waiting to bust a global crime ring for election fraud, and other crimes. The second is that we already lost World War III but nobody has told us yet.
