Well most of the times relaxed cause thats the way it should be but i had some bad experiences too and i was really frightened, not that something was happening to me but that i could experience real bad energy

I have had some unusual experiences of watching stuff move and hearing voices but only seeing stuff out of the corner of my eye.

Yes thats most of the time where i see them too but i can see 'energy' and thats not scary at all.
