Warhammer 40,000 is the funniest setting because nothing is funnier than ridiculous people who do not know they are ridiculous.

This is why none of the various Nazi toadies and hangers-on in Trumpworld can be funny like their orange overlord. Conscious imitation makes it fall apart.
