"sexual activity" isn't nebulous, like if it's sex it's sex, tho "erotic nudity" is a question that will get a thousand different answers.

Like, pretend I've never seen your art before & have no idea what your niche is.
And use hashtags! Filterable, searchable, easily-understandable hashtags.

If I had my druthers I'd sub-divide "adult" further to add a category for "explicit/hardcore sexual activity", because there's a lot of "adult" stuff that's not necessarily what we think of as "hardcore porn" & some people may want to see the one without the other, though it seems counterintuitive.

I agree I’m “taking a risk” but almost every single case of it has been from creators I know for a fact do NOT make that content. And except for one case, it hasn’t been. A few have been totally safe for work. And it will not even be seen at all by folks who have that setting turned off completely.

Naw lotta folks draw art with various levels of blood, gore and/or violence for various reasons. Non-NSFW reasons. Horror artists, folks drawing wars n such, vent art a lot of times has blood, body horror or gore themes

apparently the localization for these options isn't the greatest

for instance, I saw a post a couple days ago explaining how the Japanese localization makes the graphic content option sound appropriate for just about any kind of porn
