Best thing to remember is that it's temporary. You won't feel like this forever and moving forward will speed up that process. Just continue to do things you like to do and it will get better.

I found a local cause I can advocate for and focus on (transit if you're curious). Trust others will pick up things you don't focus on.

It's literally impossible to focus on everything, and they're swinging a sledgehammer wildly b/c it's easy to do. They're going to get bored in a month or 2
