Closest seem to be more rare in new builds, guess they don't add enough to the value. However this house I just don't think they could even manage to place one correctly
Mate... it's all box rooms to make it a 3 bed vs a 2 bed and shitty ensuites sharing a wall with the main bathroom. Oh and 0 doors from inside to the Garage to save $$$
