Culturally they weren’t required to work to be competent (let alone excellent) they just got by anyway. It’s good to be a straight, white man. They just didn’t realize that by making the rest of us work harder they made us better at this than them.

You know what they say, a hit dog will hollar and the white men I work with agree wholeheartedly with my favorite congressperson, Ms Jasmine Crockett. They don’t feel insulted or turned away by what she says. Yet others do. I wonder why. 🤔.
