I mean, I’m freaking out and it’s even worse than I expected, but I am also not shocked … we were warned repeatedly before the election. And still everyone - voters, big corporations, big media outlets - signaled they were willing to support Trump’s wild ride to hell for cynical reasons.

I dunno. The US has a demonstrated police state in effect & we have a president using the grievances listed in the Declaration of Independence as a to-do list.

He's cool and he's meh. Always was. But he's in private practice now. That said, at least his firm, Covington & Burling seems not to have caved to Trump.
