High quality preschool like Head Start — which has been proven to result in kids likely to finish HS, get jobs, get/stay married, stay out of jail and off drugs — is being shut down.

Regional offices in Chicago, Boston, NYC, SF and Seattle closed. It’s like HHS doesn’t want kids to do well.
