Viruses mutate when they "jump species" and can become a new type of virus, andFlu is one of these to begin with. Human flu is bird flu which jumped twice , avians ->pigs -> humans, and what considered ab "avian flu" is one who skipped the step. Becuase of it it's less virulent but that can change.

Yes. Vaccines aren't automatic immunity and there is some anticipation in what strains will become dominant.

While it doesn't mean you won't get sick, it often means you can fight the disease more effectively.

Vaccines aren't perfect, they're just better than the alternative.

I don't know, because I don't know the exact strain of whatever I have. It could be that I caught a different strain, or that I caught a vaccinated strain and the infection would have been worse.

The problem is, they infect others. Vaccinations have much less efficacy when fewer people get them--more infectable people mean more opportunities for mutation, and for more people (even vaccinated people) to get sick. And those who are most vulnerable have more exposure risk.
