Recently I fell in love with the Sega Saturn's exclusive library. NiGHTS Into Dreams and Panzer Dragoon are really good. However the remake of PD didn't do that well, the sequel's remake is "coming in 2021" and the VR game had someone falsely claim that the director had died. That's ominous for fans

Trauma Center, undoubtedly. What makes this tough is that they were built around motion and touch controls, but I think you can still find enough of an audience on PC and Switch to justify a AA release. Start with a remaster of the Wii trilogy!
