What can I do to cheer myself up in this ever depressing world? Stuff that doesn’t include drinking alcohol and eating deep fried and sugary food?
I walk for an hour outside most days.

The tangled threads and dirt from my hands!
I do try new things but I am a giver upper, no doubt about it.
I also have a knack of just wrecking things. I do get fun out of sanding stuff, cause that’s like an acceptable form of wrecking stuff. Sometimes I also just doodle.
I’m also trying to improve my writing!
Something that I do have to work at, but I can see myself getting better at it. I am not joking when I say I have never found it!
I want the thing that you can lose yourself in! To be in flow.

I’m such an arsehole cause I am so crap at so much and have a closed mindset!
I think that’s why I drink too much and eat deep fried and sugary foods. It’s the only way to soothe me.
I forgot to mention the attempt at music…… the tin whistle, the entry level of learning an instrument. Awful!!!
Then I tried music on Duolingo, I was worse at it than French.
But you know what there is one here, I might give it a go!
