So while you absolutely can be against Antisemitism and Israel's using our weapons to commit a genocide, this bill will likely be used to persecute those same non-profits AOC voted to protect as well as protestors

That's what I'm saying, though. We have individual rights to free speech, which this bill will infringe by being used to prosecute people who speak out against Israel. The courts will be the ones doing the prosecuting (who else could do it?), they aren't protecting anyone
its not a bill, its an unenforceable, nonbinding House Resolution (H Res). This is the House issuing a statement; it does not change the legal status of anything.
The unfortunate reality is that the things people are concerned about here... have already been policy since 2019, when Trump issued an executive order instructing fed agencies to use this IHRA working definition in Title VI discrimination cases.
You're talking about a vote on a House Resolution, but a Bill. HRs do not become law. They're just statements, they don't do anything. You can criticize AOC for it, but this HR absolutely cannot lead to people being prosecuted.
It doesnt criminilize anything so this bill will not be used to do anything. This is the house equivalent of virtue signalling. It accomplishes nothing.
