I think it's a very good and cute sketch. I think it's very funny that he flies with a drone on his back, and it's very ironic because geese can normally fly. If this character is intended to be humorous, then I'm impressed how you can add humour to your works.

this is lovely, but why does it seem like any time you try to make a mascot for FOSS, weird nonsense drama out of your control disqualifies it? or was it just this and Libbie (which is still a "two nickels" moment)

Life is complicated, and things not always work out. The FOSS scene is usually personal, and humans are flawed creatures. Things just happens. On the other hand, there are roughly half of all my FOSS mascots are successful, and the projects and communities love them. I should be grateful. XD
