Great article. Big focus on healthy meals in BPS & agree packaging matters. We never use styrofoam for school meals.
BPS-cooked meals (45K/day) are on compostable trays. Another 5K City Fresh meals on plastic trays for schools w/out cooking space, but will shift as we stand up BPS Central Kitchen.
