Some good news: A junior colleague who was struggling 6 months ago is now thriving!

To absolutely no one's surprise (except possibly hers, imposter syndrome sucks) she wasn't struggling because she was stupid or incompetent, but because she needed a bit of support and some opportunities to grow.
