from the Gehembe refugee camp, through all the medical, psychological, and background vetting, and many, many other processes until they boarded a plane to a new home in another country.

The staff of EMM have been some of the most professional and dedicated servants of God who understood the Christian mandate to welcome the stranger and did everything they could to ensure they would find kindness, respect, and love as they started their lives over in a foreign land.
