An extremely random thread on how I keep track of the tasks and the progress I make for this personal project
tl;dr: I have a list with tasks that are sorted by priority and complexity and a separate page where I add short notes and screenshots any time I do smth for the project.

1. A list of all tasks sorted by complexity and priority. Ideally if I need a new task I just choose any from the top of the list as they have highest complexity and priority, and so the changes make bigger impact on the project.
When I finish the task, I set status to Done and it is then filtered out of the list.
2. The second page is what I use to keep track of progress. I often feel like I don't do enough and the changes I make are not noticeable at all. I need to remind myself that something is actually happening, but the list of tasks with "Done" status was never convincing enough π
