I've wasted several fun moments of Genome browsing by trying to spot the reasons for "offensive language" warnings. My favourite was an OCR error resulting in a Children's BBC cartoon being listed as "Dick Bastardly".

I once got called into the office of one of the senior directors because I'd sent an email with something offensive in it. Turned out it was a match report that contained the phrase "cross-cum-shot". Was mortified until I realised what had been flagged!
