That advice makes you feel amazing and makes others feel even more helpless. Have you looked into immigration? Do you know how few countries will take anyone who doesn't have a good skill.set? They wont take you if a family member is disabled. Those most vulnerable dont have that privilege.

If only it were this simple…
My husband and I live in a very blue state (VT) but we’re so disgusted with the US, we’d leave if we could. But family, careers, and the process of legally moving to another country are pretty big barriers. I know you’re not entirely serious.
