Usual printer & copier assistance is becoming more passport & citizenship related. Documenting statuses & applying for dual citizenship abroad. I never want to intrude but I wish I could offer some words of comfort when I realize what I’m probably helping with. Best I can do is comp paperwork.

A quick "hey! Lots of others are doing the same paperwork, this might be helpful." Could put legal resources, expat forums, international guides, and so on. : )
