Years ago, I got a testicle injury. It led to the constant sensation of my ball being in a vice. Per the recommendation of a urologist, I had to have an orchiectomy, just one, though. The problem is that I am transgender and was on HRT. So UHC rejected me, saying they didn't cover trans surgeries.
