Law novice bordering on law naive checking in.
Would a SC ruling overturning this or upholding it tell us about the constitutionality of unitary executive theory or am I combining about 8 different things here?
If no one is reinstated and future dismissals aren’t blocked, what does the ruling do or allow future lawsuit wise?
The people hold the power. And it NEVER ends well for those who compromise their integrity for power and wealth and worldly prestige.
It would do our leaders well to recall what happened in France centuries past.
They are not unstoppable and certainly not invincible. We MUST stand together in defiance!
