Opensource is so cool. You can "just do stuff." I needed a newer version of Panda3DS for testing 2D graphics with Rust. But on PopOS the newer builds were not working because it doesn't have GLIBC_2.38. Well, I just forked the repo, changed the workflow back to 20.04, ran, and got it running!
