This resonates deeply with me at this moment. I believe that a significant change might be challenging, but it would bring me immense peace of mind if I decided to take the plunge.
I had to hit rock bottom to truly realise that
So my advice is limited
However, I'll tell you this: stability is not worth it if you're stagnant and miserable imo
Hard experiences are what truly make oneself grow. Then, the courage and confidence snowballs until you find yourself doing things you never believed possible. It is a gamble though, stay focused.
We spend so much time thinking about “what if it goes wrong what if this or that” and we never spend any time on “What if it goes right?” What if this is my opportunity to fight for what I truly want and it is risky and it’s scary but I choose to be brave. I want to be brave.
Realize your current stability is an illusion. Might as well endeavor into something in which you have some awareness of the reality of it… closest you can come to control over your life is awareness of the impossibility of control. Good luck
I totally feel this!! I had to do something similar recently. you can tell you're ready when the stability just starts to feel like you're stuck in a rut

I was struggling with this question 2 years ago, overturned most of my life, and I’m incredibly happy now, I do not regret it.
