Try space-sniffer. It will tell you what is taking up space and where it is. You don't even have to install it. If you use Google Chrome, it has a MASSIVE memory leak. I had to delete 40 GB out of the folder.

You can change that in Windows. They're called Windows Libraries and here is how you change their location to another drive:
1. Open File Explorer.
2. Right click on the desired library. Choose Properties.
3. Choose the Location tab.
4. Choose "Move" and browse to desired path.
5. Save your changes.

If you are using Microsoft OneDrive for cloud storage, some of your libraries are under the OneDrive option to the left in the File Explorer, while others, like Downloads, are under you user folder: c:\user\(your name)

It’s an Hidden folder that keeps all old versions of Windows applications you never use and a nightmare to clean it.

Yeah, JamSoft's TreeSize is a brilliant util to find wasteful folders. Anyone using it might also have to learn how to delete files locked by the system, tough, as that is often the case.

I'm not sure I understand but it sounds frustrating! I haven't upgraded my computer since about 2004. Works fine for me!
