True, though the mobile app doesn't have a great way to save posts (which at least for me is the primary use case for platform bookmarks)

Ah, I see.
If you’re using iPhone you can use the “share” feature to save it to the Notes app or the Reminders app. The link will open into the Bluesky app when tapped.
Android is likely similar, but some OS versions might default to opening the link in the web browser instead of the app.
