Interesting. I make a shake with vanilla protein powder, almond milk, peanut butter, coffee, and frozen cauliflower (flavorless nutrients basically) and it masks the protein powder flavor/texture.
Yeah i mean i used to do that aswell but this shake has like 1200kcal mixed with water already π so i donβt think adding more stuff would help lol
