Firstly, the breasts are incorrectly placed. Supernumerary nipples typically develop along the mammary ridge, as per our mammalian heritage.

There are WAY too many of them. There should be like 6 MAX, maybe 10 if you place a few above the primary nipples, in the armpit region.

On no planet would these “breasts” protrude from between the ribs like that. Breast tissue sits on top of the muscle, which is on top of the rib cage.

I am appalled that the FEMALE artist thinks this is how breast anatomy works, and that the consulting doctor was like “yep, seems legit.”

In males, supernumerary nipples should not have fat and would not make milk. Unless in this species developed some kind of adaptation for it. Maybe with drugs, but not a full supply.

In females, supernumerary nipples may produce some milk. Armpit milk is more common than you think. Happy googling

Though the inversion of the nipples and the shape of the “breasts” may be a sign of stunted glandular development. In an AFAB, lactation would be challenging.
