My take on it is that it is a mediocrity machine by nature, and if you are worse than mediocre at working through your process, it can help you, but if you are better at mediocre, it will hinder you.

On the other hand, I work remotely, and when I’m outside of office hours or short on time, I have found real value in being able to prompt it to critique my work or broad ideas.
