Dinner:

Tagliatelle pasta with turkey bacon, chicken, and a lighter version of alfredo with sauteed shallots, and a SHITTON of roughly chopped Italian parsley. Turned out way good!

**"Alfredo sauce" was made with chicken stock, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and various spices.
