I'm not. The simple truth is there are right-wingers that do stick to their guns, and then there's people who will sell out their ideas at the drop of the hat. She's in the first category.
I get that in a world of the activist influencer ecosystem people are chasing engagement for a bag but they’re doing that and moving towards her horrid and rancid belief system. Principled or grifter, they’re the same picture.
Living through the Bush era and the Trump era is a useful lesson in the difference between awful people committed to an awful belief system and awful people who believe in absolutely nothing but their own superiority.
I doubt I share politics with Mahmoud Khalil, but I do share a country with him, and this is not the kind of country I want to be, I don't want to be a country that deports people for exercising their constitutionally protected rights. Period.
