Been thinking the same thing. It’s literally “The death of expertise.” (Shout out to @radiofreetom.bsky.social). We elevated the quirky guys who were “just asking questions” because they was entertaining. Then everyone started to believe them. Now conspiracists are running the country.

Get a Great Courses subscription. For me, watching all of their history and myth themed content replaced tv/other streaming for about a year. You can add it as a Prime channel, but its missing some of the programs available through their website.
