I think that depends which language you're more fluent in... in any case, in these signs the Hebrew is the original, and the English and Arabic are translations, so any error is likely to be found in the latter two

But Hebrew r and d can be visually confusing, unlike Arabic r and d? So when transliterating the Hebrew the d was mistakenly read as r? This is odd.
