We won't know if law suits work until we find out if they will defy the court orders. Who will stand up and defend the courts if the executive branch controls law enforcement?
They are working. Some are being ignored but many TROs are being followed. Stopping filing is giving up. That's what they want. Let the lawsuits pile up. Let the GOP defend it. Let the lawlessness justify dissent. But the only lawsuit sure to lose is the one that never gets filed.
