Thanks. Well the key thing is GLP-1's are /part/ of the solution. They enable me to fast and eat smaller portions without being sluggish or direly hungry all the time.
Keep in mind a lot of fad diets kinda hit some truth. Like keto ... "carbs" aren't the enemy. It's simple refined sugars/carbs

kidney beans for instance have a ton of carbs. But the carbs are also packed with fiber and much harder to digest so you don't get the insulin hit as you would with say refined flour based products.
