Kudos for doing what was best for YOU and for finding physicians who cooperated. I tried years ago and was refused at every turn because I 'only had one child' was 'still young and would likely change my mind', etc., as if a lowly woman like me couldn't possibly make that decisions for herself.🤬 1/2

The condescension was rampant, insulting and disgusting. Eventually, I got what I wanted, and all has been great since, but I shouldn't have had to fight so hard for it. I fear the fight for that and much *less* is going to become even harder. 2/2

After several years of extreme pain & excessive bleeding...

The doctors did the ultra sound & found I had an Ovarian tumor & Endometriosis & decided I should get a hysterectomy

It's our decision & no on else's

So sorry you suffered for so long. My mom had endometriosis and it's no joke. Give their will, the morons at the helm would outlaw the procedure because...women and choices...and it's terrifying.
