Apparently?!? This rule is the source of one of my favorite moments (in a shitty game) when we went to extra time against Portland and I think it was Blanco celebrated thinking they got through after extra time. Then we went to PKs…. Not sure what happened after that

“apparently” was sarcasm. The way the rule is written, away goals literally don’t count. (It means they are no longer a tiebreaker)
