That all depends on how willing the license holders are with it. To my knowledge, they’re super strict with the rights, so there’s nothing BHVR can do about it if they say no.
From my understanding the licence holders are the problem with not having him or his Freddy. I highly doubt they haven't tried and that is why they are stuck with the reboot version.
Will the numerous concerns raised on the forum regarding to viability of these new changes be addressed? it seems incredibly circumstantial power from testing on the PTB, its in need of some changes imo.
