even then, humanitarian areas are not areas made by Hamas, it's done by third parties like the UN.

these areas are supposed to be free of any military activity but Hamas is seen setting up and hiding there again and again.

israel is forced to sign and agree to humanitarian areas and then Hamas takes advantage of it by hiding there.

hamas can't control where israel will bomb. israel simply accuses hamas of being anywhere they feel like bombing, and accuse anyone they kill of secretly being hamas.

if Hamas set up a civilian bomb shelter and was never seen around it and if Israel bombed it the USA would pull out all their support instantly.
