Before the Supreme Court became trumps rubber stamp this would have given me hope. These days I feel like most of these suits will just make the Supreme Court further cement this bs into law

Isn’t the point of passports to vouch for identity? Forcing someone to carry a deadname document with an inaccurate gender doesn’t help any authority recognize the person in front of them. Same for NCMEC. What is their mission and how does deadnaming children help them achieve it?

My child is currently without a birth certificate due to all of this.There's a distinct difference between sex and gender. It specifically asks you for your gender on a passport not your sex, therefore the executive order should be challenged and overturned.Also,refunds for anyone affected by this
